BATCH Set "Default Location, Task & Time"

Since the advent of setting defaults for Location, Task & Time it would be great to be able to set these in BATCHES rather than ONE AT A TIME. Currently it amounts to thousands of clicks when it could be setup to do it simultaneously for multiple defects in each section. See attached image as a crude concept.
