Contract link from Report Delivery

If Contract First is selected and client has not accepted it they cannot download the report.
Providing a link to the contract from the "The Inspection Agreement for this report is not marked as 'Accepted'. Contract acceptance is required prior to release of the final report. Please contact your Inspection Company to ensure your Contract has been processed. Thank you!" page would make it easy for clients to access and accept the contract.
