Clone a new work order from an old one, or provide the ability to work in two sessions of Horizon

I do lots of inspections for the same clients. I would like to be able to clone a new work order from an old one, so I don't have to look up the information, hand write it down, then key it into the new work order. In the past, I was able to open two sessions of Horizon and copy from the old order and paste into the new one. Now even that does not seem to work anymore, as the two sessions invariably go to the same place. Cloning an order would save loads of time. Even having the old copy/paste ability would be an improvement. Seems like the software has regressed in this regard.
