Ability to use client first names only in confirmation email and Marketer.

Full names is too formal and sounds "systems" generated. Currently must edit client full names to first names when sending scheduler confirmation email.
In Marketer using ALLCLIENTNAMES does same - sounds systematized and can't be edited. I’d like to use CLIENT1FIRSTNAME and CLIENT2FIRSTNAME. Problem is the word “and” will be there with or with the CLIENT2FIRSTNAME

I would like my follow up emails in horizon marketer to be able to address my clients by first name only. By this point in my process we are definitely on a first name basis. I also have a mix of single clients, clients who do not share a last name and married clients, therefore I would need it to operate like ALLCLIENTNAMES where it only adds client 2 if there is a client 2
