Say you're looking at a chimney. You take a photo of the chimney in the DESC tab. But the chimney has defects that should be noted. Clicking back through to the RECS tab, scrolling down through to find the chimney section, then finding the defect in the list can be quite time consuming. A quick link from the respective DESC section to the respective RECS section would be a HUGE time saver. Honestly, it would probably cut my inspection time by 15-30 mins on a home that would normally take 3 hours for me to properly inspect.

Robert, are you using Search? I finally started using it and I never 'scroll search' for anything anymore. Game changer. Give it a try and speed up your inspection for sure!
