Ability to have Comments and Photos appear on TREC forms.

I'm new, so maybe this is something I can't find. But I would love to have all of my stuff appear on the TREC form instead of having a TREC form, a Summary form, and The Horizon form. Its a lot for my customers to sift through and things will get repeated.
Help me Obiwan Kenobi You're my only hope.
