Correlate Photo numbering to recommendation numbering

Photo numbering should match the recommendation numbering if turned on. For example, the photos for rec. #1 would be 1(a), 1(b). Photos for rec.#2 would be 2(a), 2(b), 2(c), etc... It would help to clarify photos that land on separate page than the recommendation text. As of now I don’t use numbering because it’s confusing to have them numbered asynchronous.
