Horizon Marketer - New Trigger - Paid In Full

Would like the trigger "Paid in Full" added to the available triggers in Marketer. This would allow an email to be sent when the paid in full box is checked in the work order. The trigger "After Successful Online Payment" exists but not all of us use the integrated payment system.
