In the contract the invoice total currently embeds at total fee, please split to fees and taxes.

2. Similar to my point above, the invoice and the contract are two separate documents. Section 19 of the Act states that the contract must contain the taxes payable by the consumer. Even though it may be on the invoice, and also included in the final report the consumer receives, it must be on the actual contract the consumer signs.
