Add ability to select blank item in speed write

It would be useful to be able to select the blank item while using speed write to address custom situations. Example: location of access to crawlspace... i would like to be able to select blank item in speedwrite and enter custom text: access door in floor of entryway coat closet.
example: water flow and pressure...blank item...sink in first floor half bath had poor water flow likely due to a clogged aerator.
