Over 90% ask why the invoice was not included with the inspection Confirmation.

Might I suggest that a change or addition to that portion of the program allows us to send an invoice with the Inspection confirmation? This is important for if we have detailed information to provide on invoices such as discounts or further descriptions of what service is charged, my clients would like to have that.

I agree this would be huge. I often offer a law enforcement or veterans discount and it doesn't reflect in the confirmation email. I'm off and getting the question. Did you give me my discount? Are you including the pool etc?
