Quicker photo markup mobile 3

In horizon 2 it took two clicks to put a circle on the photo.

In Horizon mobile 3 it takes five clicks.

Considering there are lots of pictures in a report, this is a lot of extra work.

I appreciate the new photo editor has multiple options, but a quick default would be nice, with the added photo editor options as a optional selection if you don't want the default.

A circle works fine for almost every picture for me.
