Systems quick view feature using the mobile app

Add the ability within HM3 to force touch or long press on the DESC, LIM, and REC buttons for each system which would open up a quick view to show what items / comments have already been applied to the inspection report. This would be a nice shortcut to review what’s already been inputted and an easy way to jump to those items for input additional pics, locations, etc. instead of having to scroll through the app or taking extra time using the search tab.
