Recommend Embedded URLs to Open in New Tab

Currently, URLs embedded in a report open in the same tab if the report is opened via web browser versus PDF reader. When doing so the reviewer gets "kicked out" of the report and you can not go back without closing and reopening the report. I would like to recommend having any embedded URLs to open in a new tab to keep the report as user friendly as possible for our clients.
