Manage Template configuration

1. There is no ability to move tabs around or delete structures such as a roof if you are doing an apartment build or to change the order in which you wish to inspect.
2. There is no ability to remove unused sections or fields. you can hide them but when you go customize them everything is right there again, and you have to traverse the entire section and remember what fields are being used or not.
3. When you add a field in the customize feature, it brings you back to the top every time instead of leaving you where you created the field. In add you have to go back twice to the created field to add the implications.
4. There are a number of other configuration changes that would be very useful such as being able to move or copy fields from section to section or structure to structure. Being able to create a new field within a section instead of having to overwrite an existing section.
