Make Circle and Arrow smaller in HM3 photo editor

The circle and arrow are too big when you select in HM3 photo editor and has to be resized every time. There's no reason for it to be the full size of the pic when it gets resized smaller every time. Can it be made 1/3rd the size it is now to just be slid in place and resized larger if needed.
