Scheduling not in order

1. Can the scheduling dates be moved ascending order. Orders are placed on different dates- it should be designed to ascend when sync.
2. Once we type in something in the system, it should show up.. For example, under exterior- there are many items we need to add as we go- have to scroll all the way to find that item again. Might be easier if if just goes up and other items are easier to input (I believe you get what I'm trying to say here)
