In the USA, it is MM/DD/YYYY.
In Europe, it is DD/MM/YYYY.

In Canada, it is undefined and neither can be used. The financial and health industries can't accept this and thus use the following:

The ISO (international Standards Organization) standard is YYYY-MM-DD. I would suggest using this date format everywhere, especially in the export of agents. It sorts automatically too!
