Ask if I want to quit speed write if I hit "Back" by accident

If I am in the App and in speed write, and hit "Back" in the upper left by accident or fat finger, it cancels speedwrite and I need to start and go through everything I didn't select again. Please either ask if I want to quit speedwrite before cancelling speedwrite and have me confirm, or allow me to continue speedwriite where I left off
