Allow contract/agreement to be HTML editable or integrated with Adobe sign.

In BC Canada the agreement section that is included in Horizon is not legal. We need to have Cutsomer name, email, phone number, address of inspection and current address. We need the date and price + taxes of inspection. We need to be able to initial each page if more that 1 and there must be a dated signature from inspector and client. It would be great if this was able to be achieved with HTML editing with the customer able to sign online. Or maybe integrating with Adobe sign in a way that all this information is automatically input into contract when inspection is scheduled. I'm using Adobe sign now it is great, but it is a pain that I have to enter details twice.
