Approved for sharing button

Could there be a check box added to the contract that if checked would show up on the work order that the client has given permission for the report to be shared with their realtor?
I’ve had clients deny their realtors access to reports and I have several realtors that want a copy every time. I have thought about adding it in as a clause of the contract that they sign. Although I have not as I can see how clients not wanted it shared would not accept the contract because of it, causing more headaches and work.
A simple little check box with a quick explanation to what they are allowing. Then a visual marker on the work order or even better, the report publishing page.
