Jesse SClients and agents love this about the software I’ve been using and comment on it a lot. Clients get inundated with emails during the process and a text reminder is a great way to make sure it doesn’t get missed.

RAThis would give us functionality similar to what Housecallpro pitches their product for. Our well guy uses Housecallpro and they are able to text their customers when the serviceman is on their way to the site and then a follow up ‘thank you’ text post-service. It’s a nice touch. It would be great if we could set up text templates and then trigger them from the Horizon mobile app as a reminder the day before, when en route to the inspection, a thank you afterwards (that we could send to the agent & client, etc.)
