Improve Photo Editing Options (web and mobile)

Add indicator to the arrow direction slider to eliminate the guesswork about where the arrow is pointing when adding an arrow in the photo editor

Make it so arrows and captions can be added to pictures from a tablet/phone while the report is being written.

This would be fantastic... It would be great if the arrows didn't have to be spun ... If we could spend them on the screen rather than with the slide bar same with circles we could make them larger and smaller just by touching the screen or using a cursor on the computer screen would be great

Recommend the placement of indexing ticks on the circle size and arrow direction bar. This small tweak will be a huge time saver when annotating the photos that are added to the report(more so for the arrows).

Or one step better icons as to where the arrow points would be better and maybe a numbered scale for the size of circle would be helpful.

When the arrows become available in Horizon Mobile annotate, recommend a white one with a black perimeter.
In Horizon web, this also could be implemented.

In photo Gallery, we need to have folders to download pictures in a proper folder. In this case, we will not have to find a picture within 200 pictures. ex. if we have different folders like electrical, Heating, Structure we would be able to check the pictures in its folder for attaching to the items.
