Further Develop integration with Nxt to allow inspection report and action list to flow back to Nxt

Continue with Nxt / Horizon integration to further develop and complete the cycle of sending the inspection report and action list back to Nxt. Eliminating the need to manually copy and paste links and PDFs from Horizon to Nxt. Then having to manually send from Nxt to client. The integration would then be a true bi-directional data flow between Horizon and Nxt.
