Create a tool to be embedded onto the inspectors website. Potential buyer would simply enter name, e-mail and option of phone number. A pre-listing inspection for the address they selected would then be e-mailed to the potential buyer.
The potential buyers information could then be forwarded to the real estate listing agent for that property.
This could generate leads for the listing agent. Which in turn would be a huge marketing tool for inspectors to encourage more pre-listing inspections.
