Add "Recommendations" to the "DESCRIPTIONS SCREEN"

It would be much easier to have one place to enter things.
example. You are entering and electrical panel details and picture, if there are recommendation why can you just add it to this input screen instead of having to jump to another tab. This way details are in picture is edited with comment and recommendation are in and also choose to have it add to summary. While your at it ad the limitations to this window too.
