4 Point reports do not need to be citizens 4 points they are to comprehensive and detailed in florida we use the same 4 items just the roof electric hvac and plumbing.I can email you a version we use that is accepted by every carrier who writes a policy in florida.Plus the citizens report is a seperate billable item that can be charged a seperate fee.
