New illustration request-weeping holes blocked or innifective

I would like to see an illustration for blocked weeping holes in a brick veneer wall similar to illustration #1749 or #1151, but more specific to the issue where an interlock brick or patio has been placed on top of an existing concrete porch. There is almost always heavy efflorescence present, mortar deterioration, and brick spalling associated with this condition. It is something that I see throughout many neighborhoods here in Ottawa.
