Receive email of failed delivery email to client

It happens, we're human right? Currently there is no notification of an improper or unsuccessful email delivery other than on the home page of your account. If an email with the report delivery doesn't go through there is no way of knowing unless you back to your home page and check. Sometimes, not until the next morning. A error or failure to deliver email to the account manager or inspector sending the email would be effective.
