Translate "Observation" to "Obsv" etc...

Augmentation to existing feature - High Value for Low Cost!!! - I understand that the search feature is able to interpret/replace a word with a similar word used by the system such as outdoor to exterior. When searching using oral dictation on our phone, we can't say Obsv or Lim or Desc so we can't easily narrow the search. Please replace Observation with Obsv, Limitation with Lim, and Description with Desc. Since this feature already exists, this should be a simply tweak for an admin or a developer.
