Gray out Hidden Items in Customize or DON'T show Hidden Items in Customize

If items we've already HIDDEN are going to be visible in Customize (which they shouldn't) at least gray them out so it's not so confusing. Stop the confusion please.

morganI agree. My process is to hide the items i wont be using and then go through and customize. It would be useful if the hidden items were not shown in the customize screen. We hid them and dont want to customize them.
