Ability to add our own illustration

I would like the ability to use my own illustrations. I understand that we can insert an illustration as a photo. If we are not given the ability to add our own illustrations to the library, it would be useful to add a selected photo(my illustration) to the "always include these notes,implications,task" etc button.
Then we would be able to essentially always include our illustration or a photo with a specific defect.

Derle ParmerThis is close to what I was thinking but have an additional Spare Photos section that we store pics in for use in any report.
