Add box to insert a webpage link into a defect while writing

The only place to add a link is in the Customize page but having one in the defect page while writing the report would be great. Let's say you find recalled breakers. Having a Webpage Link box to goto the exact page that describes the exact breaker would be ideal and more informative! The link could be programmed to show beneath the Notes section in the report.
