Invoice Discounting Options - $ amount instead of %percentage

Invoice Discounting Options, is it possible to have a dollar amount instead of percent?
If I want to give my referral clients a $25 discount that is difficult as a percentage because it may be a $500 inspection or a $650 inspection. Adding it to the invoice as a negative value skews the total inspection numbers.
