Ability to save notes in limitations for all future reports.

We were taught to CYA by always stating things like "All roof and its systems/components should be fully inspected upon possession or when accessible to fully ensure no visible deficiencies exist", when were are unable to access the roof for various reasons. There is no way to put this into the software except to manually add it each and every time.
