Add County box to Insp Address in Work Order

I service 7 counties and adding a County box to that Inspection Address will help with all the small towns and researching the property faster. For the small obscure towns/cities I have to look them up each time in Google and having a box labeled County will speed up future searches. Given there's plenty of space in that section simply adding it should be...simple. I tried adding a custom field but don't like that option.
If you can create it so we can add our specific counties in Profile that would be great!
