Allow adding our own photos/illustrations for use in all reports

Many inspectors regularly add their own photos/illustrations whether its pics of certain caulks/sealants, specific products or diagrams they like better. I'd like to see another button added under Private Notes for "Insp'r Saved Pics". This button may have to be set up in Profile so any pics we upload to THAT button are available in every future report. If they can be an option to add to a defect in customize like when we select Horizon stock Illustrations, even better.
