Link to Inspection Agreement if agreement is not signed and user tries to download report
If the agreement isn't signed and a user tries to download the report, the website just says it's not signed or paid for. First of all, it doesn't specify which of those issues is the real problem. And it doesn't give a link to the agreement so that the problem can be easily solved.

Peter JesalAlso recommend a separate button to give consent for report to be sent to third party (as required by law in British Columbia).

Ruth AnnThis feature request would really improve the customer experience -- currently there is nothing to guide them in how to resolve the issue which is frustrating for them and if they are trying to access the report at 1am they really don't want to pick up the phone. Even if there were guidance directing them back to their confirmation email for the link, it's not an optimal experience. They may have inadvertently deleted the email, not found it in the junk folder, etc.

Joel ToupinWhy are you guys doing inspections prior to the contract being signed. No do you but I think you are fixing an issue cause by a bigger problem. Contract, no inspection!
