Show contents when hovering mouse over unopened Sections under SYSTEMS

When we hover over the unopened sections to see what's inside, a list of buttons inside should appear to keep from having to open that area and find a button. Sometimes, search just doesn't find every button needed.

Example: When in the Electrical system the unopened sections may have a button we can use and simply hovering the mouse over a section for a long second will bring up the list of buttons inside. If we need one we could move over to it since it's popped up on the screen or move mouse off the section and click that section to open it above for selection.
