Add Interact E Transfer instruction to Payments

While I realize our gateway supplier for Visa MasterCard and American Express does not deal with interact through the gateway it would be nice to be able to add the option to pay by interact money transfer. Have the client check that and then have a pop-up box with instructions on how to send interact money transferred to my company and have a customizable for other peoples companies.
