E-mail reject and confirmation of receipt

When an e-mail gets rejected, it only shows up on the Horizon page. It should have a link to our e-mail so we can respond immediately.
A client also recommends that there should be confirmation of receipt- as most of time the inspection confirmation and report goes into their junk mail
