New ‘Create’ button should goto full create page

When I ‘Create’ a new item the page opens with the comment and Short Name boxes only. I have to save, then find and select the newly created item and add implications, URL and Illustrations.

Change it to go directly to the full Create page with all options available the first time. Then I can simply input everything in one page and save a bit of time and reduce the clicks.
